Planters can be returned provided they arrive back in their original packaging and are in sellable condition. We do charge a 15% restocking fee.

Before signing, it is very important to inspect the planters and if there is any damage in the packaging, note this by your signature. This makes collecting from the transportation company much easier. The Vivo team will work with you to get any damaged planters replaced.
